Standard & flexible cancellation policies:

We offer two different rates. If you’d like to change or cancel any aspect of your stay, a flexible rate is available for purchase at the time of booking. Otherwise, standard rates apply.

Please note booking cancellation policy is made for Kotagiri, Ooty, Coonoor locations only. Not applicable for Kodaikanal & Coimbatore.

Standard rate cancellation policy:

For bookings made more than 7 days before guests arrive, we offer a 24-hour period from the time of booking during which you can cancel and receive a full refund.

After the 24-hour period, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before guests arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.

Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Flexible rate cancellation policy:

Available for purchase on bookings less than 2 rooms or under Rs:5000

If you’ve selected the flexible rate you can cancel your booking fully, or make one partial cancellation, at any point up to 48 hours before the start of the stay and receive a full refund, less the flexible fee*

Within 48 hours of the start of the stay, we cannot refund the booking.

Season days cancellation policy:

For the month of March-May and November-January, after the 24-hour period from the time of booking, bookings are non-refundable. Our flexible rate is not available for homes in these locations on summer peak days.

Trekking & camping packages cancellation fees:

Partial Cancellation is allowed for this ticket. The cancellation time is calculated from the initial pickup point time.
Full refund if canceled before* 5 days
75% refund if canceled before 4 days
50% refund if canceled before 3 days
No refund after that
Before 6 hours if GoKotagiri Tourism cancels the trip, we assure you the full amount refunded with a complimentary gift too 🙂
